Dr. Mosheer Ziadi is a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon based in Makkah and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He has served as Orthopedic Surgery Consultant at King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC), Makkah, since June 2023, and also practises part-time as an Orthopedic Surgery Consultant at Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital, Jeddah, since September 2023. He additionally serves as Director of Medical Performance Measurement and Governance Administration at KAMC (since July 2023). He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the Faculty of Medicine, Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah, in 2012, and completed his Saudi Board of Orthopedic Surgery, sponsored by King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, Jeddah (2013–2018). He completed a Professional Diploma in Limb Reconstructive Surgery and Correction of Deformity (LRS.PD) in Cairo, Egypt (2020–2021), followed by a Clinical Fellowship in Deformity Correction and Limb Lengthening at Humanitas Research Hospital, Milan, Italy, under Dr. Alexander Kirienko (2021–2022). He also completed an observership in deformity correction and limb lengthening in Baltimore, USA (2023), and was registered and classified as a Consultant Orthopedic by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) in January 2021. His practice focuses on complex limb deformity correction and bone lengthening, using techniques including the Ilizarov method, Smart TSF (Taylor Spatial Frame) application, acute correction with nails, and magnetic nails. Earlier in his career, at Saudi German Hospital (2019–2020) and King Fahad General Hospital (2020–2021), he managed trauma cases, joint replacement surgeries and sports injuries, and worked on complex trauma cases including bone transport, bone lengthening and deformity correction. He is a frequent speaker at national and international orthopedic meetings, including the Saudi Orthopedic Association Congress (2024), the Egyptian Orthopedic Association (2024), SICOT (2023), the 3rd WAIOT Congress (2024) and the 5th ICODA Conference (2024), and chaired the 1st Limb Deformity Correction Journal Club in Jeddah (2023). His publications include a case series on the use of indocyanine green angiography to assess bone vitality in nonunion fractures, and a book chapter in the Limb Lengthening and Reconstruction Surgery Case Atlas (2024)
